| General info | The Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma (hereinafter, UCBM), with the aim of fostering cooperation between Italian universities and higher education institutions from non-EU countries, encouraging the exchange of interdisciplinary and intercultural knowledge through transnational educational programs, publishes a selection notice for students and PhD candidates from partner Universities of the Afya Moja Project. The purpose is to undertake study activities at UCBM within a bachelor's, master's, or PhD program. |
| Application | Applications must be sent, no later than 11:59 PM (CEST) on September 10th 2025, exclusively in PDF format, to the email address: [email protected], with the subject line: PARTICIPATION IN THE MOBILITY FOR STUDENTS - AFYA MOJA PROJECT, with the following documentation: - Application form filled and signed; - Curriculum Vitae in English, dated and signed, using the template; - Motivational letter containing the objective of the mobility; - Certificate of enrollment in a bachelor's, master's or PhD program, with list and grade of exams taken (only for BSc and MSc programs); - Certificates of English language proficiency; - Photocopy of valid passport for the period of the visit; - Letter of reference from the Contact person of the home partner university, making explicit, in cases of multiple participants, an order of preference among the nominated candidates. In case of mobility for didactic purposes: - Letter of invitation from the President of the UCBM Graduate Program, specifying the role and teaching activities planned for the student. - Detailed description of the plan of teaching activities, agreed with an academic tutor from UCBM identified by the President of the Degree Course, indicating the educational objectives and consistency with the course to be taken. In case of research mobility: - Letter of invitation from the director of the chosen Research Unit, among those available to host candidates as listed on the project website; - Detailed research plan, signed by the director of the UCBM Research Unit.
