CORELAB-CRT - Corelab remotely echocardiographic imaging acquisition in cardiac resynchronization therapy candidates
Project Objectives
The aim of this observational study is to evaluate the ability of a satellite tele-echocardiography (STE) system to acquire and transmit clips and echocardiographic images to an echocardiographic core laboratory (ECL) in real time and without loss of quality. In addition, the prognostic efficacy of specific echo parameters in response to cardiac resynchronization therapy is evaluated. This is an observational, prospective, multicenter study, conducted in 4 centers in Lazio with an enrolment of approximately 46 patients. Study duration is approximately one year.
