Associato di Igiene e Medicina Preventiva, lavora all'università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma dal 1998. Responsabile dell'area di ricerca di Igiene, statistica e Sanità Pubblica.

Delegato del Rettore per l'assicurazione della qualità della Didattica. Membro del Presidio di Qualità in qualità di Delegato del Preside della Facoltà dipartimentale in Medicina e Chirurgia. Direttore sanitario delle sedi romane della Fondazione don Carlo Gnocchi ONLUS e coordinatore igienico sanitario dell'area territoriale Centro-Sud della stessa Fondazione. Impegnato in attività di ricerca in diverse aree della Sanità Pubblica e autore/coautore di oltre 120 lavori scientifici.
