Ho appena iniziato la mobilità Erasmus e devo compilare il Certificate of Arrival, dove posso trovarlo?
Devo modificare il Learning Agreement, come posso fare?
All'interno del learning agreement che già possiedi, è presente la sezione "During the Mobility".
Devi modificare questa parte, andando a indicare le eventuali materie che vuoi eliminare dal Learning e le eventuali nuove materie da aggiungere. Importante: questo lavoro deve esser fatto sia per quel che riguarda le materie da sostenere all'estero, sia per le materie UCBM di cui è previsto il riconoscimento.

Ricordati, la sezione During the Mobility deve essere firmata dai referenti Erasmus UCBM e dell'università ospitante.
Quali sono i documenti che utilizzerò durante la mobilità?
- Learning Agreement (da ottenere firmato in tutte le sezioni prima della partenza)
- Il contratto finanziario (da firmare prima della partenza)
- Certificate of Arrival (da far firmare il primo giorno utile all’università estera)
- Certificate of Stay (da far firmare prima del rientro in Italia)
- After the mobility (solo nel caso di mobilità Traineeship, da far firmare prima del rientro in Italia)
- Transcript of Records (prevalentemente nei casi di mobilità per studio, è il certificato che elenca i voti ottenuti durante l’Erasmus).

How should I look for an accommodation in Rome?
We strongly recommend renting a room close to Metro B line. Laurentina, Piramide, Garbatella, San Paolo are the metro stations closer to our University. Online Magazines are also a great resource to help you to find a room:

Since Rome is quite expensive, one should be prepared to spend on average 400 euro plus utilities (50 euro approximately) per month for a single-room with a shared bathroom.
How to arrive at UCBM?
The UCBM is located in Via Alvaro del Portillo n.21, PRABB building, in Trigoria neighbourhood. Trigoria is a residential district far away from the city centre. From the centre of Rome, take Metro B (blue line) to “Laurentina” metro station. From there, take bus n. 722 until “Alessandrini” stop, approximately 20-30 minutes from Laurentina station (be careful not to stop at “Policlinico”). For your convenience, Metro maps are available at: https://viaggiacon.atac.roma.it/
Bus schedules and Metro information can be found at https://www.atac.roma.it/en/tickets-and-passes. You can buy a monthly ticket (35 euro) at any “Tabacchi” or magazine shop. Daily ticket costs 1,50 euro.

Do I have to come personally?
Classes will be taught in-person and exams will only be given in-person.
