Dominic Chianese, looks back on a long career at Ford. Born in 1970 in Rome, he graduated in Civil Engineering and Transport at La Sapienza University, and joined the Blue Oval company in 1997. He held roles of increasing responsibility in all sectors of the company, both in Italy and in Europe, Marketing Management, Sales Management and President and CEO in 2012.
In 2017 he decided to accept a "new challenge" still in the automotive sector and on 1 April he became CEO and Vice President of Carpoint, the largest Italian Ford Partner in terms of vehicles sold and total turnover, absolute protagonist of the national automotive market.
Carpoint is a point of reference in the automotive sector and offers a mobility service that ranges from the sale of cars and commercial vehicles up to long-term rental solutions. Under Domenico Chianese's leadership, Carpoint continues to expand and becomes an Official Volkswagen Partner.
Carpoint is one of the first dealers to experience a corporate digitization process, with a strong focus on CRM and BDC management while recording increasing levels of revenue performance and financial reliability.
