L'Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma promotes a culture based on the centrality of the individual, respect for differences, and the valorization of each individual's talent. This path includes new Gender Equality Plan 2026-2028 (Gender Equality Plan-GEP) and achievement Gender Budget 2025, tools through which the University monitors, plans, and strengthens its commitment to equal opportunities, inclusion, and the well-being of the university community.

Il Gender Equality Plan It represents the strategic document that defines the University's vision, objectives, and actions to promote the full participation of all people in academic and working life, combating all forms of discrimination and valorizing diversity as an element of growth and innovation.

The Plan is in line with the principles that have always characterised theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma: promoting individual and family well-being, focusing on work-life balance, supporting professional growth, enhancing skills, and encouraging participation in decision-making processes in an inclusive environment that respects each individual's unique needs.

Il Gender Equality Plan 2026-2028 (GEP) It is aimed at the entire university community, made up of students, faculty, researchers, technical-administrative staff, and managers, with the aim of fostering an increasingly open and welcoming environment capable of valorizing diverse experiences, sensitivities, and skills.

Alongside the planning dimension of the Plan, the Gender Budget 2025 It offers a snapshot of the academic community from a gender perspective, analyzing its composition, evolution, and key dynamics. Prepared in accordance with the Guidelines of the Conference of Rectors of Italian Universities (CRUI), the Report represents a tool for knowledge, monitoring, and transparency that allows for evaluating the effectiveness of adopted policies and identifying further areas for improvement.
