The brand was born from a graphic synthesis of the fresco of Raffaello Sanzio "The School of Athens", datable to 1509-1511, located in the Stanza della Segnatura, one of the four "Vatican Rooms", located inside the Apostolic Palaces. A portion of the design has been inserted into a spherical shape flattened at the poles.

The result effectively expresses one of the foundations of the University's Philosophy: train professionals who work at the service of man and promote a culture of life centered on the well-being of the person.

The logo depicts in the center two stylized figures of ancient Greek philosophy: Plato and Aristotle.

The two figures are depicted in profile, Plato on the left and Aristotle on the right, with their heads turned towards the center of the logo. The two characters are separated by an "invisible" vertical line which represents the split between their philosophical vision and divides the drawing into two halves.

The choice of the ovoid shape is due to the need to communicate values and concepts relating to the internal organization and the dimension of the service, such as harmony, cooperation, perfect integration between the parts and the whole, but also softness, warmth, hospitality.

Brand and logo have been designed to live together.
