As part of the events promoted by the Career Service ofUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma the students meet Luciano Massone, Manager at FCA, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.
Massone joined FIAT in 1981 as Manpower Manager holding positions of increasing responsibility: initially in the Manufacturing area, then in the Industrial Relations and Personnel Management area.
Since 2014 he has held the role of Head of World Class Manufacturing EMEA & WCM Development Center, the year in which the FIAT company acquired Chrysler Group, giving life to a multinational organization that designs, develops, manufactures and markets vehicles and related vehicles worldwide after-sales services.
The company now has 102 production plants, 46 R&D centres, dealers and distributors in over 135 countries.
