Good Clinical Practice (GCP) is an international ethical and scientific quality standard for designing, conducting and reporting clinical trials involving people. Adherence to these GCP standards guarantees not only the protection of the rights of the subjects participating in the study but also the reliability of the data relating to the clinical study. Principal investigators and co-investigators participating in clinical trials are required to attend GCP courses on a regular basis, every three years.

An important certified course on GPC organized by the Clinical Trials Office of the Campus Bio-Medico University Hospital will be held on 12 and 13 June. The main speaker will be Dr. Anna Maria Lepore, international expert in quality assurance.

Participation in the course is free and it is possible to register by 11 June by writing to d.marrocco@unicampus.it.
