During the Seminar, the following macro-topics will be addressed, to guide the nursing staff towards work plans integrated with the OSS staff:

  • care process, integrated IP/OSS work plans and related legislation
  • concept of delegation of assistance activities and related medico-legal implications
  • skills assessment
  • team working and team building
  • IP/OSS work plans for specific care settings (hospitalization wards, intensive care, services, operating block, polyclinic, dh-doctor, etc.)
