PHASE I

At the end of the admission procedure, the candidates winners proceed with registration - PHASE I

• from 22 April 2024 ed no later than 13.00 on 29 April 2024 for the II Session by carrying out the actions indicated below and following the "registration instructions" which will be published by the date defined for the opening of registrations on the competition web page accessible from https://www.unicampus.it/it/info/ammissioni-corsi-laurea:

a) create the student's student credentials on the University computer system;
b) with the credentials created, access the reserved area and pay €2.000,00 (two thousand/00) equal to the amount of the first installment of the single university contribution [1];
c) deliver or send to the Student Secretariat via fax to the number 06.225411939 or via PEC [email protected] the receipt certifying the payment of the first installment of the single contribution, referred to in the previous letter b).

The successful candidate who does not carry out all the operations referred to in the previous letters a), b) and c) within the aforementioned deadlines is automatically considered to have renounced and the remaining vacant positions are made available to suitable candidates according to the ranking order.

Upon completion of the registration of the successful candidates, i suitable candidates contribute to the allocation of any remaining places according to the ranking order. Those eligible are informed of the assignment of any remaining places by means of a public notice on the competition web page accessible from https://www.unicampus.it/it/info/ammissioni-corsi-laurea.

If there are remaining places, the publication of the aforementioned notice by the University will normally take place on Tuesdays and Fridays (with the exception of public holidays in Italy). The notice contains the date from which, in the presence of places, the candidates in the positions in the ranking indicated in the same notice proceed to accept the place offered to them in the following ways:

the suitable assignee of a remaining place has the possibility to enroll with the same methods described above in letters a), b) and c) starting from 13.00 pm (CET) on the day indicated in the public notice and no later than 13.00 pm (CET) on the following working day. An eligible person who does not comply with the aforementioned deadline and the methods referred to in letters a), b) and c) is automatically considered to have renounced and will forfeit enrolment.

It is the candidate's responsibility to ensure that notices are published by the University in good time.

PHASE II

Candidates who have completed PHASE I of enrollment within the terms and methods set out above) proceed to PHASE II enrolment. from 12 July 2024 and no later than 13.00 pm CEST on 26 July 2024, by carrying out the actions indicated below and complying with the "enrolment instructions" which will be published by the date defined for the opening of enrollment on the web page of the competition accessible from https://www.unicampus.it/it/info/ammissioni-corsi-laurea:

d) access the reserved student area on the University IT system and pay the regional tax for the Right to University Education, equal to €140,00 (one hundred and forty/00) [2];
e) deliver or send to the Student Secretariat, via fax to the number 06.225411939 or via PEC [email protected], no later than 13.00 on 26 July 2024:

• the receipt certifying payment of the regional tax for the Right to University Education;
• the registration form duly completed in its entirety and signed;
• the ofchiarasubstitute for obtaining the Higher Secondary Education Diploma with indication of the relevant mark, year and Institute that issued it, possibly accompanied bychiaration of value in the case of foreign qualifications;
• renunciation of studies or authorization to transfer in case of enrollment at another University based on the specific legislation in force.

Registration is considered conditional until the documentation referred to in letters d) and e) is presented by 13.00 pm CEST on 26 July 2024, following the "registration instructions" which will be published by the date defined for the opening of admissions. registrations on the competition web page accessible from https://www.unicampus.it/it/info/ammissioni-corsi-laurea. In the absence of such documentation, on 26 July 2024, 13.00 pm CEST, such candidates are automatically considered to have renounced and will forfeit their enrolment.

With reference to all phases of the enrollment procedure referred to in this article, the single contribution paid will not be refunded except in the following case: candidates who do not obtain the qualification valid for access to the university in the .s. 2023/2024.

[1] The amount of the second installment of the single university contribution, equal to €2.000,00 (two thousand/00), must be paid by 23 January 2025; the amount of the third installment of the single university contribution, equal to €2.000,00 (two thousand /00), must be paid by 10 April 2025.
[2] The amount of the regional tax for the Right to University Education may vary depending on resolutions of the Lazio Region.
