Please note that for any information concerning the admission procedure, only the Call for Admission is valid.

> PRE-ENROLLMENT

Upon completion of the admission tests, i winning candidates proceed with pre-enrolment:

  • within 5 (five) working days from the date of publication of the merit ranking for the III Session;

by carrying out the actions indicated below and following the "pre-registration instructions" which will be published by the date defined for the opening of pre-registrations on the competition web page accessible from https://www.unicampus.it/it/info/ammissioni-corsi-laurea:

  1. create the student's credentials on the University computer system;
  2. with the credentials created, access the reserved area and pay €1.000,00 (one thousand/00) as an advance on the first installment of the single university contribution established annually by Rector's Decree;
  3. send via PEC to the email address [email protected] or deliver to the Student Secretariat - no later than the aforementioned deadlines – the receipt certifying the payment of the advance on the first installment of the single contribution (letter b).

The winning candidate who does not carry out all the operations referred to in the previous letters a), b), and c) within the deadlines indicated is automatically considered to have renounced and the remaining vacant positions are made available to suitable candidates according to the ranking order.

Those eligible are informed of the assignment of any remaining places by means of a public notice on the competition web page accessible from https://www.unicampus.it/it/info/ammissioni-corsi-laurea.

If there are remaining places, the publication of the aforementioned notice by the University will normally take place on Tuesdays and Fridays (with the exception of public holidays in Italy). The notice contains the date from which, in the presence of places, the candidates in the positions in the ranking indicated in the same notice proceed to accept the place offered to them in the following ways:

the suitable assignee of a remaining place has the possibility to enroll with the same methods described above in letters a), b) and c) starting from 13.00 pm (CET) on the day indicated in the public notice and no later than 13.00 pm (CET) on the following working day. An eligible person who does not comply with the aforementioned deadline and the methods set out in letters a), b) and c) is automatically considered to have renounced and will forfeit enrolment.

It is the candidate's responsibility to ensure that notices are published by the University in good time.

For no reason will the amount paid for pre-enrolment be refunded, except in the case of failure to obtain the Higher Secondary Education Diploma.

> REGISTRATION

Starting from 10 July 2025 and no later than 13.00 pm CEST on 24 July 2025, candidates who have carried out pre-enrolment according to the methods and terms referred to in the previous article 5, after obtaining the Higher Secondary Education Diploma, proceed with registration by carrying out the actions indicated below and following the "registration instructions" which will be published by the date defined for the opening of registrations on the competition web page accessible from https://www.unicampus.it/it/info/ammissioni-corsi-laurea:

d. access the reserved area of ​​the University IT system and pay the balance of the first installment of the single university contribution including the amount of the regional tax for the Right to University Education equal to euro 140,00 (one hundred and forty/00)[1];
And. send via PEC [email protected] or deliver to the Student Secretariat - no later than July 24, 2025:

  • the receipt certifying payment of the balance of the first installment of the single university contribution including the amount of the regional tax for the Right to University Education;
  • the registration form duly completed in its entirety and signed;
  • the ofchiarasubstitute for obtaining the Higher Secondary Education Diploma with indication of the relevant mark, year and Institute that issued it, possibly accompanied bychiaration of value in the case of foreign qualifications.

Enrollment is considered conditional until the documentation referred to in letters d) and e) is presented by 13.00 pm CEST on 24 July 2025. In the absence of such documentation, on 24 July 2025, 13.00 pm CEST, such candidates they are automatically considered to have renounced and are forfeited from enrolment.

With reference to all phases of the enrollment procedure referred to in this article 6, in no case will the single fee paid for enrollment be refunded
