The provisions relating to the registration procedures for doctors in the specialization schools of the Departmental Faculty of Medicine, Surgery and Dentistry of theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma for the academic year 2025-2026 (DR 351/2026).

Enrollment

Before proceeding with registration, please read the PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE METHODS OF ENROLLMENT IN THE HEALTH AREA SPECIALIZATION SCHOOLS FOR DOCTORS OF THE DEPARTMENTAL FACULTY OF MEDICINE, SURGERY AND DENTISTRY OF THE CAMPUS BIO-MEDICO UNIVERSITY OF ROME - Academic Year 2025/2026.

To proceed with the enrolment, access theESSE3 area. After completing the registration with your personal details, send via PEC ([email protected]) the application form, complete with all the forms listed below:

  1. Application for enrollment in the Specialization School (complete with €16.00 stamp duty)
  2. Objectives and deontological criteria module
  3. Information and consent to the processing of personal data
  4. Payment records
  5. Copy of a valid identity document
  6. Receipt of the first installment bank transfer. Payment of the first installment of the Single Contribution (€900,00), for enrollment purposes, is made by bank transfer to the BANCO BPM SPA bank account in the name ofUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma (IBAN code: IT23J0503403223000000007410), reporting in the reason for payment "Name-Surname – Name of Specialization School 2025/2026")

Following enrollment in the assigned School of Specialization, doctors in specialist training must present the following documentation during the preventive medicine visit to the competent doctor:

  • Mantoux test or Quantiferon-TB Gold, performed no more than three months before the enrollment date;
  • Copy of the vaccination record, including any vaccinations administered during childhood and, if applicable, any subsequent vaccinations;
  • Final assessment of suitability relating to health surveillance carried out at the university of origin;
  • Health and risk records issued at the end of the previous employment relationship, unless proven impossible to find them

The Occupational Medicine Secretariat of the Fondazione Policlinico Universitario Campus Bio-Medico in Rome will contact residents by email to inform them of the scheduled preventive medicine tests required to issue a certificate of fitness for the specific role.

Enrollment in years after the first

Registration is completed after passing the year-end exam by sending an email to [email protected] of the following documentation:

  1. Registration form for subsequent years
  2. Copy of the payment receipt, made with PagoPA, of the first installment of the single contribution, according to the provisions contained in DR 351/2026
