New opportunities in the treatment of endocrinopathies: The role of functional ingredients and dietetic foods for special medical purposes.

The Course, aimed at all professions in the Medical Area, aims to provide participants (for a total of 100) with indications on the appropriate use of some pharma-foods, such as D-chiroinositol, folic acid, alpha-lipoic acid and monacolin in the treatment of various endocrinopathies. Furthermore, the objective is to evaluate the possible application of the aforementioned components in endocrinological research, also through the formulation of appropriateness recommendations for their use.

Registration for the course is free and must take place by 16 March 2015.
