Maurizio Stirpe (Frosinone, 31 July 1958) is an Italian entrepreneur, vice-president of Confindustria with responsibility for Labor and Industrial Relations and president of Frosinone Calcio.
A brilliant law student, he began his work experience in 1982 in the company Prima SpA of Torrice (FR) led by his father Benito, subsequently holding the roles of General Director (1988), CEO (1998) and President of the Board of Directors (2008).

Since 2003 he was first a member of the Confindustria Lazio Council and, subsequently, was appointed member of the Confindustria Council (now called the General Council) in which he participated in various capacities until May 2016.
From 2007 to 2011 he was President of Confindustria Lazio, contributing both to the birth of Fidimpresa Lazio and, above all, to that of Unindustria (Union of Industrialists and Companies of Rome, Frosinone, Latina, Rieti and Viterbo) of which he was Deputy President with responsibility for associative development in the two-year period 2011-2012.

In September 2012 he was elected President of Unindustria for the four-year period 2012-2016. In May 2016 he was elected Vice President of Confindustria with responsibility for Labor and Industrial Relations for the four-year period 2016-2020. In May 2020 he was confirmed as Vice President for Labor and Industrial Relations for the four-year period 2020-2024.
In the world of football he contributed to the birth and start-up of the Serie B League in 2009, of which he was a member of the League Council in the two-year period 2016-2017.
In June 2010 he received the Honor of Officer of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic. In June 2020 he was appointed Cavaliere del Lavoro.
