Did you know that only 10 - 20% of men undergo a urological prevention visit? And that 9 out of 10 men visit only in case of serious pathologies? And that prevention reduces the frequency of cancerous pathologies and benign pathologies?
THEUrology Unit of the Campus Bio-Medico University Hospital joins the campaign #CONTROLLATI Month of prevention of Urological Disorders in Man, now in its second edition, promoted by the SIU - Italian Society of Urology, with the educational contribution of Menarini. The campaign will take place from 1 June to 10 July 2017. The primary objective is to help all men between 40 and 65 years of age to intercept the first disorders of the genitourinary system, in order to create awareness of the pathologies (prostate pathology, erectile dysfunction, urogenital neoplasms, UTI and more) and to consult a urologist.
