"Autumn on the table": first meeting of the food education project

"Cooks you become the..." is a food education project carried out through the art of cooking, to combine theory and practice in the kitchen. Each meeting is aimed at all enthusiasts who wish to learn and deepen the techniques and art of cooking, starting from the basics up to the most innovative and creative techniques for creating their own menu.

We talk about the basics of cooking, the seasonality of foods and the related recipes, how to do smart shopping and healthy eating without losing the taste of good Italian cuisine.

In each meeting, thanks to the collaboration of the chef Valeria Salvati and the dietician Maria Paola Rescio, practice and theory merge to introduce the basic techniques and the art of cooking together with a correct food style.

Each scheduled meeting is limited in number (maximum 10 participants). The participation fee for each single meeting is 10 Euros. Educational material and equipment they will be provided directly by the staff organizational.
