Tuesday 28 January 2025 will be held at theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma the event Cybersecurity 5.0 which it proposes to present and valorize the results of the PACY - ProActive Cybersecurity project, financed by Google.org, Which has completed successfully the first year of activity.
Designed to strengthen preventive defense capabilities against cyber threats, the project brings together advanced training e applied research, involving students, companies and local communities. PACY represents a concrete example of thepositive impact of research and training initiatives in the field of cybersecurity.
During the event there will be new joint laboratory inaugurated UCBM – Cyber 4.0, dedicated to automation, which symbolizes a major step towards greater collaboration between academia and industry. This cutting-edge space will offer unique opportunities for innovation and technological development.
Furthermore, the event will mark the official launch of the activities related to the Grant Award presented by the Silicon Valley Community Foundation and Google.org. This strategic project aims to strengthen skills and training in the cybersecurity sector, with a special focus on the themes of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), generating a significant impact both locally and internationally.
