CME COURSE - Communication beyond words. From compliance to internal relations to the healthcare team.
The objective of the course is to discover the elements of communication which, beyond words, influence the outcomes of Patient/Healthcare Team communication and which can change the outcome of a therapeutic relationship and the relationship between colleagues. The course is aimed at a maximum of 30 Healthcare Professionals who, within the context of their role and position covered, frequently use communication at various levels of complexity.
