Generation Z: University and global work
This is the title of the conference that will animate the morning of Job Day 2016. It will be an opportunity for the business world and the university world to meet, with the aim of putting students and graduates in front of the dynamic reality of work as people who develop qualities and transversal skills.
Creativity, innovation and training the three main themes will be explored through the interventions of exponents of both fields. Creativity and openness to innovation are in fact among the most requested skills of a recent graduate, relating to the individual sphere of curiosity and personal interest. Training, on the other hand, is the support for transforming potential into successful results. The event will also be an opportunity for companies to express their expectations on professional profiles with respect to the university's training offer.
During the pomeriggio, however, companies will be able to tell their business and get to know the students UCBM more closely.
