The Science & Life Association organizes the XV National Science and Life Conference. The focus of this edition is "Next to the sick person, between science, dedication and normality" and aims to analyze the different aspects of the experience of illness. Scientists, researchers, scholars and healthcare workers will discuss the topic, also leaving space for the testimonies of those who experience situations of particular suffering. Through meetings and round tables, in which Francesca Cardella, researcher in medical and industrial robotics from theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma, the conference aims to promote a different vision of the disease, focusing on the possibilities that medicine offers to relieve pain.
