Presenting the project "Swimming in the seas of the globe, for a world without barriers and without borders", the Hon. Laura Coccia, the Hon. professor Maria Chiara Carrozza and the prof. Eugenio Guglielmelli (UCBM), together with Salvatore Cimmino.
The meeting intends to involve and organize representatives of the academic, industrial, sporting and political worlds to support Salvatore Cimmino in his imminent challenge, the swim crossing from Cuba to Key West Island (Florida), which will take place in 2016 as the last stage of the project born a few years ago with the aim of raising public awareness of the rights of the disabled and the need for concrete actions to free the world from architectural barriers. The meeting will also be an opportunity to discuss projects to be undertaken around the theme "development and adoption of new technologies for the disabled".
