On September 27, 2024, theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma will organize the Research Day, an event dedicated to sharing with the internal and external scientific community, as well as with the main research and innovation actors with whom UCBM the results are interfaced, Current activities , vision on scientific research and university innovation.
This year the focus will be on theme of planetary health and the role that young researchers can play in relation to it. He will give his testimony on Professor John H. Martin, an internationally renowned neuroscientist, who will hold a lecture on his areas of research and on how to support younger researchers in becoming promoters of innovative research.
The day will also see the participation of young researchers emerging of the University: Andrea Marra, Elisa De Arcangelis and Enrico Lemma, who will present their innovative projects representing the three Departmental Faculties of Medicine and Surgery, Engineering, and Sciences and Technologies for Sustainable Development and One Health.
Research Day 2024 aims to offer a perspective on the potential of research oriented towards the future, emphasizing the importance of supporting and enhancing the new generations of scientists on issues of vast social impact such as planetary health.
