Events are taking place in the Middle East that oblige us to reflect carefully. What is happening today is the result of a long evolution that has seen over the centuries a progressive extremes of some social and religious phenomena in countries that are just a few hours' journey away from us. The conference aims to help us understand these phenomena from a historical and geopolitical point of view, also through the voice of direct witnesses. An opportunity for interreligious dialogue that our University wants to promote in harmony with its own identity.
