The courses are aimed at pharmacists, general practitioners, biologists, dieticians and nurses for a maximum of 40 participants. Up to a maximum of 10 participants are admitted to auditor courses. Each course includes theoretical lessons and show cooking held by healthy cooking chefs, supported by nutritionists to provide explanations and information on the macro and micronutrients present in the prepared dishes and on the alterations induced by the various gastronomic processes.

The 4 courses (for a total of 30,5 credits) benefit from the ConEffe partnership and the patronage of the Order of Pharmacists of the Province of Rome and Valore Salute.
