Purpose
The course aims to help health professionals of all levels to develop, through NLP methods, a resilience capacity to deal effectively and self-protectively with the difficulties and negative events encountered in life and in the workplace . In this context, in particular, NLP and its applications in the organizational field will allow health professionals to develop skills, resources and behaviors aimed at a positive predisposition to organizational change and the management of complexity, especially related to the emergency/urgency area.
Recipients and output profile
The course is reserved for all healthcare professionals in possession of a first level degree or equivalent qualification. The course is limited to a maximum of 30 participants. Participation in individual ECM modules (3, 4, 5 and 6 modules) is also envisaged for a maximum of 5 external participants per module.
By the end of the course, students should be able to:
- analyze the concept of resilience according to a multidisciplinary and multiprofessional approach;
- develop cognitive and self-regulatory skills to manage problems and critical issues in personal and professional life;
- use the most modern Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques to develop resilience skills to be applied in complex situations, particularly in the health sector in emergency/urgency situations.
Didactic structure
The course is structured in 9 modules which include theoretical activities, individual learning, role play and field experiences. At the end of the modules, the participants will have to elaborate a project work which will be discussed on the final day of the course. All the teachers of the NLP and Fifth Discipline modules are professionals from the world of Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Method of admission
Registration and payment
The specialization course is aimed at a maximum of 30 participants. If the applications for admission exceed the number of places established, a curricular selection will be made. The application for admission to the course must be submitted by 19 March, 2016 using the online procedure available on the website www.unicampus.it, and which provides for the insertion of:
- personal data;
- CV
- degree certificate self-certification;
- payment of the fee of € 50,00
Attendance fee
Having read the admission form, enrollment in the course must be completed by 26 March, 2016. Failure to enroll within this deadline will be considered as withdrawal. Enrollment is considered complete with the sending, by fax, to the Post-Graduate Training Service, of the enrollment form provided by the coordination, together with a copy of the bank transfer certifying payment of the st installment.

The tuition fee for the advanced course is € 1.500 to be divided into 2 installments:
- €750 upon enrollment (March 26, 2016)
- € 750 by 30 September 2016
There is a reduced participation fee of € 1.000 reserved for all health professionals of the Campus Bio-Medico University Hospital, to be divided into 2 equal installments. It is possible to participate in single modules of the CME accredited specialization course, with a participation fee of € 250. The Ecm modules are:
- II, GNP and communication (registration by 21 May 2016)
- IV, NLP and emotionality (registration by 3 June 2016)
- V, GNP and precision linguistics (registration by 17 June 2016)
- VI, NLP and body communication (registration by 10 September 2016)
Specify the reason for each payment. In no case will the fees be refunded. Enrollment in the specialization course is incompatible with simultaneous enrollment in another course of study (first cycle degree courses, specialist degree courses, university diploma courses, direct schools for special purposes, specialization schools, research doctorates and masters).

Specialization, with the recognition of 24 credits. The recognition of the training credit is linked to the regular attendance of the training activities (compulsory for a total number of hours of not less than 80% of the lessons and 100% of the training activities) and to the passing of the final exam.
