The importance of enriching one's training with international experiences
Francesco Prata, Urology resident atUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma, participated in the post-graduate program in "Global Clinical Scholars Research Training" (GCSRT) at the Harvard Medical School in Boston. Designed for physicians and clinical scientists, the program offers advanced training in healthcare research and innovation, providing participants with a unique opportunity for professional growth. The GCSRT is characterized by the BuildingTeam Work: during the course 5 Team Assignments are assigned with the relative final presentation of a clinical study.
During the program, Francesco participated in virtual seminars and dynamic workshops, focusing on improving his skills in all phases of research: from writing funding proposals and launching new projects, to analyzing data and presenting results .
Francesco's proposal with the final presentation of his study received a commendation from the Harvard Faculty.
