Students of the University of Navarra in UCBM
July 9, 2018 - There were over 70 first and second year students of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the University of Navarra who took part in the international summer school atUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma from 25 to 30 June.
"The goal of the program is to offer our students a global medical education and experience, along with the possibility of accumulating credits towards their degree - explained John L. Oliver, International Project Manager of the University of Navarra School of Medicine. Every year the School of Medicine selects a different location for the summer school and for 2018 the choice fell onUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma of which we really appreciated the facilities and services. Our students also had the opportunity to visit the hospital and use the simulation center during the courses."
During the week, the participants attended two seminar cycles held by professors and researchers from University College London, the University of Rochester Medical Center (USA) and the University of Navarra on the topics "Next Generation Histo-Pathology" and " Movement Disorders in Medicine". The professor. Daniele Santini, Professor of Oncology UCBMinstead gave international students an overview of medical practice in Italy.
