A unique opportunity for training and research
July 1, 2021 - The Departmental Faculty of Science and Technology for Man and the Environment dell 'Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma offers all those in possession of a three-year degree qualification from different backgrounds the possibility of entering the world of Food Technologies: the first Summer School "Agri-food and Supply Chain Management" from 1 September to 15 October 2021.
Globalization and the enhancement of Made in Italy agri-food products require more and more professionals who are experts in the processes of production, transformation, distribution and marketing of food: for this reason UCBM he devised the intensive course of 120 hours of frontal teaching, laboratory activities, seminars and educational visits to companies and institutions in the sector.
For candidates who do not meet the access requirements to the Master's Degree Course in Supply Chain Sciences and Technologies, the Summer School represents an opportunity to acquire the necessary credits. Through a final test it will in fact be possible to acquire 12 credits: 6 credits in the disciplinary scientific sector Food science and technology (AGR/15) and 6 credits in Food microbiology (AGR/16).
