Recipients: All technical-administrative staff or teaching staff regularly employed at can participate in this selection notice UCBM at the time of submitting the application and for the entire duration of the mobility provided that: - citizens of a Member State of the European Union or of another country participating in the Erasmus+ Program or, - citizens of other countries.

Mobility period and eligible activities:

STT mobilities are assigned exclusively for the purpose of carrying out a training period abroad within a programme of activities agreed with the host University/institution. Mobilities must be specifically aimed at training abroad (for example: job shadowing, workshops, exchange of good practices, language learning) and be consistent with the functions performed by the resources within UCBM. The stay must have a minimum duration of n. 2 consecutive working days (excluding travel) and a maximum of n. 2 consecutive months (excluding travel). To implement STT mobility you can consult the IMOTION platform (http://staffmobility.eu/staff-week-search) on which the training weeks promoted by other universities are published.

In order to ensure the greatest amount of mobility, a maximum of no. are financed. 7 days of mobility, including travel (5 working days and 2 travel days), unless further contributions become available. Excess days are without contribution and at the sole expense of the participant. Mobilities that involve participation in international conferences or carrying out research activities at the host institution are not eligible. The deadline for completing the activities, including returning to the office, is July 31, 2024.

Evaluation criteria:

All applications previously approved, for the administrative staff by the relevant Area Manager and for the teaching staff by the President of the Course of Studies, are to be considered accepted until funds are exhausted. The quality and coherence of the project will be evaluated at the time of signing the Training Agreement, as indicated in the previous paragraph.
In this sense, applications and therefore mobilities will be approved - in order of receipt of the application - until funds are exhausted.
The mobility period must end no later than 31 July 2024.
