Signed in UCBM the collaboration agreement
17 February 2022 - Job orientation, training adapted to market needs and placement. These are the main areas ofAgreement signed byUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma and from Human, an employment agency which has 141 branches throughout the country and 1400 people dedicated to employment services.
Thanks to this synergy, UCBM and Umana will provide those specific skills increasingly required by companies today, carrying out training activities that will involve students and graduates in nursing and social welfare courses, as well as training in the ICT field, safety, innovation and sustainability issues, also by building training courses together with partner companies. Furthermore, Umana will organize workshops on topics related to the active job search, such as for example the preparation for the job interview and the development of the candidate's soft skills. Post-graduate training is therefore at the heart of the synergy UCBM sponsored by UCBM Academy which offers routes in line with the most current market scenarios, also thanks to partnerships of this type. "This collaboration is of great importance for our University from several points of view: on the one hand it allows us to offer our graduates more placement opportunities and at the same time to guarantee greater support and proximity to the business world" said Andrea Rossi, CEO and General Manager ofUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma.

In the last four years, Umana has given impetus to over 1800 job orientation events throughout Italy, reaching over 55 students, many of whom are involved in placement initiatives.
