Prof.ssa Laura Dugo
Associate Professor of Food Chemistry. She conducts chemical-biological research on the nutraceutical valorization of phycocomplexes and bioactive molecules. From 2022 to 2025, she was a member of the Joint Faculty-Student Committee and academic coordinator for internationalization for the Department of Sciences and Technologies for Sustainable Development and One Health. Since November 2025, she has been the Faculty's Research and Third Mission Coordinator.
