Prof. Gianluca Vadalà

Associate professor of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, he is present at theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma since 2009, where he has a permanent position as Head of Professional Functions at the Complex Operational Unit of Orthopedics and Traumatology. She carries out research in various fields of pathologies of the musculoskeletal system, with particular attention to spinal pathologies and regenerative medicine. He directs the Regenerative Orthopedics research laboratory at UCBM. His scientific production includes more than 100 papers in peer-reviewed journals, with an H-Index of 30.

CLINICAL ACTIVITY

2009-present Since obtaining the title of Specialist in Orthopedics and Traumatology, he has performed approximately 4000 surgical interventions (of which approximately 2500 as first operator), mainly at the Orthopedics and Traumatology Unit of the Campus Bio-Medico University Hospital in Rome, in spinal surgery (30%), hip and knee prosthetic surgery (50%) and arthroscopic surgery 20%).
