Born in Rome on May 16, 1965. Degree in medicine and surgery in 1989 at the La Sapienza University of Rome with 110/110 cum laude. Specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1993 at the La Sapienza University of Rome. Fellowship in Oncological Gynecology in 1999 at the University of Miami, Florida. American Board in Gynecology and Obstetrics in 1999. Head of the Gynecology Area of the Campus Bio-Medico University Hospital of Rome since 2005. Full professor of Gynecology and Obstetrics since 2009.
