Synergy between cyclin inhibitors and trabectedin in soft tissue sarcoma and breast cancer cell models

Project objectives

  • To evaluate the potential synergistic antitumor effect of cyclin inhibitors (CDKi) and trabectedin in different cellular models of soft tissue sarcoma
  • Analyze the potential synergistic antitumor effect of CDKi and trabectedin in different breast cancer cell models
  • To evaluate the potential synergistic antitumor effect of CDKi and new trabectedin analogue molecules (lurbinectedin and PM54) in the same cellular models
  • To evaluate the potential synergistic antitumor effect of CDKi with other chemotherapy drugs that have different mechanisms of action
