Molecular biology evaluations in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma-DLCL/BIOL01 version 0 of 01/04/2014- DLCL/BIOL 01

Project objectives

The aim of the study is to describe the molecular and clinical characteristics of a retrospective cohort of patients and to correlate the potential role of genetic mutations with the clinical course and M1/M2 status of tumor associated macrophages (TAMs). The genetic mutations evaluated will be p53 and MYD 88 with a molecular biology technique on the histological preparation of the lymph node biopsy.
