Tension free vaginal tape versus transobturator tape: five year follow-up results of a prospective, randomised trial

Project objectives

To evaluate the differences in efficacy and complications between TVT-O and TVT procedures, widely used in gynecology for the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. The study found that the two procedures are substantially comparable in terms of efficacy and reduced number of long-term complications.
