The Radiotherapy specialist must have acquired, at the end of the training course, scientific knowledge and practical-professional skills in:

  • Clinic and management of the oncological patient according to a unitary treatment strategy which also includes Medical and Surgical Oncology

  • External Beam Radiation Therapy (Linear Accelerator, Simulator and Third Generation Technology)

  • Brachytherapy

  • Dosimetry and treatment plans

  • Machine shop for the production of customized shaped shield models
