Printing services and the use of specific software are available at the Multimedia Laboratory.
PRINTING
Students have access to 4 Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5550i Multifunction printers, 2 in the library and 2 in the multimedia lab. All Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5550i multifunction printers allow you to print, scan and copy.
The University provides students with the necessary equipment for printing, photocopying, and scanning, including paper, and a €10 top-up bonus for printing services.
The personal badge can be reloaded at the Library with additional credit for printing services.
It is also possible, through the mobiprint service, to print from any multimedia device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.), by sending an e-mail with the attached file you wish to print.
USE OF SOFTWARE
Different softwares are installed on the computers of the Multimedia Laboratory. E.g.:
- Browsers: Internet Explorer and Firefox
- Office Automation: Microsoft Office, Open Office, PDF Creator, Adobe Reader e GanttProject
- Multimedia: Windows Media Player, VLC, Real Player and QuickTime
- Graphics: Irfanview
- For engineering only: Devlon C++, Matlab, VMware player, Packet Tracer, Comsol, CM60S and Keil
- Archive: 7-ZIP
