Human resources and personnel policies: selection, training and evaluation
Le Human resources they take care of the enhancement of the human capital of the Campus Bio-Medico University of Rome in line with the principles of its mission, which places the centrality of the person as the ultimate goal of every activity. They propose solutions to the Management of the Campus Bio-Medico University of Rome in terms of personnel management, evaluation and motivation/enhancement. They coordinate the selection process to ensure effective coverage of positions and professional roles, with a careful analysis of the skills required and the development of adequate job descriptions. They support the Management in proposing action plans and policies aimed at improving organizational efficiency; suggest the adoption of comprehensive strategies for all personnel; they coordinate actions and events for personnel training and development purposes. They elaborate proposals to the Government Bodies of UCBM to ensure the implementation of tools for evaluation and merit plans consistent with the organizational structure, functional to development, enhancement of resources and achievement of management results. They develop remuneration policies, implementing incentive systems in line with the University guidelines. Together with the departments concerned, they ensure transversal guidelines, initiatives and projects, to achieve and maintain a positive climate of motivation and efficiency.
