The accreditation process for the Degree Course by the Ministry of Education, University and Research (MUR) is underway.
The Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Sciences of Health Professions (SCRIPS) is designed to promote the development of advanced skills in planning and management of human and economic resources, in the assessment of rehabilitation needs and in the planning of interventions, as well as in the management of working groups and in multi-professional integrationGraduates will be able to conduct and collaborate on research projects and activities, review scientific literature, and verify and apply the results obtained to continuously improve rehabilitation practices.
Among goals main figures include la mastery of current health regulations, the ability to communicate effectively with patients and families, systematic evaluation of intervention outcomes, collaboration within the multiprofessional team, and appropriate management of health information. The use of information technology is an integral part of the process, as is the timely documentation of rehabilitation practices and the planning of training activities aimed at continuous updating.

The systematic inclusion of anthropological, ethical, and humanistic content gives the course a distinctive and innovative character, placing the individual at the center, enhancing the relational and therapeutic dimension, and training professionals capable of integrating technical expertise and human sensitivity.
English language teaching is also planned, aimed at understanding international scientific literature.
Il first year It aims to provide conceptual and methodological models in the field of educational psychology, in the design and evaluation of clinical research, and in leadership and governance in the healthcare sector.
Il second year The program aims to apply and contextualize the theoretical models and methodologies learned during the first year in the areas of research, communication, and leadership. Furthermore, students acquire skills related to the application of new technologies (including remote assistance and distance learning) in their relevant fields.

Graduates with a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Sciences of the Health Professions hold management positions in healthcare facilities (organization/supervision of facilities and provision of services). They may also teach and train in clinical and academic settings, conduct research, and serve as tutor/coordinator of professional education for the degree programs in the same class.

• apply basic knowledge of the sciences relevant to the specific professional figure of the Degree Course in Rehabilitation Sciences of the Healthcare Professions;
•make decisions relating to the organisation and management of healthcare services provided by personnel with rehabilitation functions in the medical area, within healthcare facilities of low, medium or high complexity;
•use the health economics and business organization skills necessary for the organization of health services and the management of human resources, evaluating the cost/benefit ratio;
•know and know how to use technological and IT innovation (including remote assistance and remote teaching) in their relevant sectors;
• use research methods and tools in the area of health service organization;
• apply and evaluate the impact of different theoretical models in the operation of the organization and management of health services;
• plan the optimization of the various types of resources (human, technological, informational, financial) available to low, medium and high complexity healthcare facilities;
• design and implement training interventions for the updating and ongoing training of the relevant healthcare facilities;
• critically analyze the ethical and deontological aspects of healthcare professions, also from a multi-professional integration perspective.
Master's degree graduates can pursue positions of responsibility in healthcare, organizational, management, training, and research, in public and private hospitals and outpatient healthcare facilities, as well as in public healthcare management bodies (departments, ministries, regional agencies) or as freelance professionals, as well as at universities and research institutions. Master's degree graduates may also pursue doctoral and/or master's degree programs.
