The Departmental Faculty of Sciences and Bio-Technologies offers a three-year degree course in Scienze dell'Alimentazione e della Nutrizione Umana

This Departmental Faculty is characterized by research activities and educational offers aimed at emerging sectors of crucial development for modern society, such as nutrition-health relationship and well-being, the green economy, environmental sustainability, the new frontiers of the smart city and smart agriculture. The technological aspects are harmonized with a modern sensitivity to the normative and regulatory contexts of the man-environment binomial and with an ethical and anthropological study of the phenomena of change, in line with the perspectives of an authentic technological humanism.
