Training goals and objectives

The course is established byUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma in compliance with the resolution of the Lazio Region - Health and Social and Health Integration Directorate - Human Resources Area n. G00954 dated 01/02/2022.

In accordance with the provisions of art. 1, paragraph 4, lett. c) of Legislative Decree no. 171/2016, the course is a necessary requirement for enrollment in the national list of subjects suitable for the appointment of general manager of local health companies, hospitals and other bodies of the National Health Service.

Recipients and access requirements

The course is aimed at those in possession of a regional management training certificate, recognized pursuant to Presidential Decree 484/1997 and articles 15, 16-quinquies of Legislative Decree 502/92 as amended.

Didactic structure and thematic areas

The course is structured in 6 thematic areas:

  1. Organization, management of health services and organizational processes
  2. Service quality indicators - Risk management - Public health
  3. The new health challenges after the PNRR
  4. Communication and humanization of care
  5. Healthcare in the EU - Community Funds
  6. Elements of project management and project work development

The Course will be delivered in blended mode, specifically some thematic areas will be delivered in online mode (asynchronous FAD) other thematic areas will be delivered in face-to-face mode (classroom teaching).

Method of admission

The application for admission must be submitted no later than 23 pm on 59 October 5 using the online procedure available on the web page of the Course at the internet address www.unicampus.it/master and provides for the inclusion of:

  • Personal data and data relating to titles;
  • The payment of an admission fee of € 60,00 by bank transfer to the University bank account:

  • The presentation of your Curriculum Vitae duly dated, signed, complete with the authorization pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and which highlights the elements useful for verifying the requirements for participation in the call, referred to in the previous paragraph;
  • Scan of the identity document;
  • Scan of the regional management training certificate recognized pursuant to Presidential Decree 484/1997 and articles 15, 16-quinquies of Legislative Decree 502/92 as amended.

Enrollment and participation fee

The enrollment fee for the course is €1.500,00 to be paid in two instalments:

17st installment: at the time of enrollment (by 10/2022/1.000,00) equal to € ;

31nd installment: by 12/2022/500,00 equal to € .

Payment of the st installment must be made only following confirmation of admission by theUCBM Academy. The scan of the bank transfer receipt must be sent by email to: [email protected] by 17/10/2022. Failure to pay the first installment of the course by that date will be considered as a waiver by the candidate.

In no case will the course fees paid be refunded.

Title awarded

At the end of the didactic activity, the participants will have to take an evaluation test which consists in the presentation and discussion of a final project work in front of a Commission. Participants who pass the assessment test, who are in compliance with the limits of absences and with administrative obligations, will be issued the certificate certifying managerial training for access to the national list for general managers pursuant to Legislative Decree no. lgs. no. 171/2016.
