Educational objectives

The Master aims to transmit knowledge and acquire strategies and skills to allow nurses to develop a high degree of mastery of professional action:

  • On an individual and family level, through direct and indirect interventions that have as recipients the person, his family and the reference persons to favor the promotion and maintenance of health through the strengthening of their decision-making autonomy, thanks to a care offer capable not only of guaranteeing appropriate, but also to anticipate the understanding of still unexpressed needs, with the ultimate goal of accompanying citizens in their path of managing the health and life process, bringing to light the potential for care of individuals and families
  • At the community level, within a network of formal and informal relationships and connections. The Primary Care Nurse interacts with all the resources present in the community in the form of voluntary work, associations, parishes, neighbourhoods, families available to help citizens who are temporarily in a situation of fragility and contributes to supporting the welfare network of community. The Primary Care Nurse is not only a provider of "care", but an activator of potential "care", which persist latently in the community and which, brought to light, release a series of cognitive, affective, emotional goods and solidarity ties which become part of the management itself. The Primary Care Nurse carries out transversal activities for the implementation of integration with the aim of promoting the activation and integration between the various health and social operators and the possible formal and informal resources present in the area useful for solving problems relating to health needs

Recipients and access requirements

The Master is intended for nursing staff (class L/SNT01 or LM/SNT01) in possession of a five-year high school diploma and at least one of the following qualifications:

  • Degree in Nursing obtained pursuant to DM 509/99 and subsequent amendments. mm.
  • Three-year university qualification for the profession of nurse according to the regulations prior to DM509/99.
  • Diplomas obtained by members of the nursing profession on the basis of paragraph 10 Article 1 of Law 1/2002.
  • Equivalent qualification obtained abroad and accompanied by dichiaravalue tion.

Attendance fee

The Master requires a participation fee of € 2.300,00.

The participation fee can be paid in a single solution by 9 November 2022 or in 2 installments of € 1.150,00 as follows:

  • the first installment to be paid by 9 November 2022;
  • the second installment to be paid by 30 September 2023.

In no case will the fees be refunded.

The application for admission to the Master must be submitted by October 23, 2022 using the accessible online procedure clicking here which involves:

The motivational interviews will take place atUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma on the day of October 27, 2022.

Having read the admission, the enrollment in the Master must be carried out by 9 November 2022.

Title awarded

First level Master's Degree in Primary Care Nursing: Digital, managerial and clinical skills for the family and community health nurse.
