The Advanced Training Course for Managers of Sanitization Processes, organized in collaboration with the Istituto Superiore di Sanità, is aimed at providing knowledge relating to the methods, techniques and tools for managing activities related to the cleaning and sanitization of commercial, work and civil environments, offering an overview of the main technologies currently available in the world of cleaning.

The Course is aimed at training the cleaning manager, a figure who has skills and knowledge related to methods, techniques and tools for the management of activities related to the cleaning and sanitization of all environments. The trained figure will be able to enter the cleaning and facility management sector.

Recipients and access requirements

The Advanced Course is intended for:

  • those who have a high school diploma or a three-year degree and have at least 1 year of work experience.
  • those who have a Bachelor's Degree but have not gained previous professional experience and/or those who have a high school diploma and who intend to enter the cleaning and facility management sector.

Method of admission

The application for admission to the course must be submitted by 23pm on 59 March 7 using the online procedure available on the page dedicated to the Course and requires the insertion of:

  • personal data;
  • self-declaration in lieu of a certification;
  • identity document;
  • payment of € 50 for the application for admission.

The selection will be carried out through a curricular evaluation carried out by a Judging Committee consisting of the Scientific Director, the Scientific Coordinator and a member of theUCBM Academy

Enrollment

The list of admitted students will be published on the web page dedicated to the Course by March 11, 2025. After having read the admission, the enrolment to the Course must be carried out by March 13th 2025. Failure to register within this deadline will be considered as a waiver. Registration is considered completed with the sending toUCBM Academy, via email ([email protected]), of the registration form provided by the coordination, together with a copy of the bank transfer certifying the payment of the first instalment.

Didactic structure and thematic areas

The course lasts 5 months and guarantees the acquisition of 21 CFU.

The course is structured in 5 thematic areas:

  1.   Contextualization, planning and start of the sanitation intervention.
  2. Management of the sanitation intervention.
  3. The Quality System of the sanitization intervention - focus on processes and document management.
  4. Control, monitoring and implementation of the sanitization service.
  5. Human resource development for sanitation intervention.

The course is delivered in blended mode, mainly in live streaming, specifically 4 days of lessons of the Course will take place exclusively in person while all other days of lessons will take place exclusively remotely in live streaming.

Lessons will generally be held every week on the following days and times:

  • Thursday from 09 to 00 and from 13 to 00
  • Friday from 09 to 00 and from 13 to 00

Participation fee and reduced rates

The enrollment fee for the course is €2.500,00 to be paid in two instalments:

  • €1.250,00 upon registration
  • €1.250,00 by 30/04/2025

There is also the possibility of enrollment with a reduced fee of € 1.800,00 (instead of € 2.500,00) in favor of the following categories:

  • Undergraduates and graduates ofUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma;
  • employees of the Campus Bio-Medico University Hospital Foundation;
  • UCBM Academy Ambassadors.

Companies that decide to enroll two or more resources in the Course can benefit from dedicated incentives.

Scholarships covering

The first edition of this course has received a contribution from institutions/companies that will allow participants to receive full-coverage scholarships and partial-coverage scholarships for the registration fee.

Title awarded

Those who have a Bachelor's Degree of at least three years, who are in compliance with the administrative requirements and complete the Course will be awarded the title of Specialization in "Manager of sanitization processes". The recognition of the training credit is linked both to regular attendance (mandatory for a number of hours not less than 80% of the lessons in presence and live streaming) and to passing the final exam.

Those who have a high school diploma and are in compliance with the administrative requirements, will complete the Course and will be issued a certificate of participation.
