Educational objectives
The course provides an overview to be able to capture and monitor possible risks within the supply chains and in the relationship with counterparties. It will be understood how, in the context of the evaluation of third parties, the OSINT can represent a useful, effective and economic tool to support decision-making processes, i.e. the identification of any risks connected to the supplier or its supply chain also in the light of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) factors.

Course program
Introduction to supplier analysis: definition of the target perimeter on the basis of the regulatory framework in force;
identification of analysis dimensions based on information needs (corporate, eco/fin and reputational), identification of the main platforms/sites from which it is possible to extract useful information for free.
Case Study: definition of the target perimeter of the company, definition of the analysis matrix, preparation of accurate search strings.
Research information of a reputational nature on the target perimeter in order to identify correlations with organized crime, PEPs and/or sanctioned subjects.

At the end of the course a certificate of participation will be issued.
