Training goals and objectives
The Course is established in compliance with the art. 1, paragraph 4, letter. c) of Legislative Decree no. 171/2016 and provides for the organization of a single supplementary module that allows those who have already attended post-graduate courses dedicated to managerial training in the healthcare sector to obtain the training certificate in public health and healthcare organization and management pursuant to art. 1, paragraph 4, letter. e) of Legislative Decree no. 171/2016, according to the regulations contained in the Agreement of the Permanent Conference for relations between the State, the Regions and the autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano rep. n. 79 of 19/05/2019. In particular, the Regional Directorate of Health and Social and Health Integration - Human Resources Area, considers the activation of the aforementioned supplementary module an extraordinary initiative to be implemented on a one-off basis pending the creation of a new training course on public health and organization and health management entirely organized according to the aforementioned legislation, in collaboration with theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma. In compliance with the provisions of the art. 1, paragraph 4, letter. c) of Legislative Decree no. 171/2016, the Course is a necessary requirement for registration in the national list of subjects eligible for the appointment of general director of local health authorities, hospitals and other bodies of the National Health Service.
Organization of the supplementary module
The supplementary module is structured in the following topics:
- Performance measurement in primary care
- Organizational models for the horizontal integration of services
- The application of the Expanded Chronic Care Model
- Technological innovation and HTA in the local area
- Transparency, prevention of corruption and protection of personal data in the health sector
- Patient-centricity and innovation of service models
- Access to care and the fight against inequalities
Classroom teaching is mainly interactive and is supplemented by continuous testimonials and discussions of case studies of hospital managers.
Title awarded
Participants who are in compliance with the limits of absences set out in this notice and with administrative obligations will be issued the certificate of training in public health and health organization and management pursuant to art. 1, paragraph 4, lett. c) of Legislative Decree no. 171/2016 for the purposes of registration in the national list of subjects suitable for the appointment of general manager of local health companies, hospitals and other bodies of the National Health Service.
Method of admission
The application for admission must be submitted no later than 23 pm on 59 September 15 and requires, at the expense of the candidate:
- the compilation of the application for admission (to be requested at [email protected]);
- the presentation of the course program pursuant to the previous paragraph "Recipients and admission requirements", with details of the thematic areas and contents (with the exception of courses provided byUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma);
- the presentation of your Curriculum Vitae duly dated, signed, complete with the authorization pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679;
- presentation scan of a valid identity document;
- the payment of an admission fee of €60,00 by bank transfer to the University bank account, made out to theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma

The application for admission and therefore, the documents referred to in points 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) must be sent exclusively by e-mail to the address: [email protected] no later than 23 pm on 59 September 15. The subject of the email must include the wording: Application for admission - supplementary form - Surname Name of the candidate.
The first 30 applicants will be admitted according to the order in which applications for admission are received. The course will not be activated due to a number of requests that do not allow the economic sustainability of the training proposal.
Registration fee and payment methods
The registration fee for the supplementary module is €1.000,00 (one thousand/00) to be paid in a single installment upon registration (by 20/09/2021).
The payment of the enrollment fee must be made only following confirmation of admission by the Post-Graduate Training Service. The scan of the bank transfer receipt must be sent by email to: [email protected] by 20/09/2021.
Failure to pay the enrollment fee by that date will be considered as a renouncement by the candidate to participate in the module itself and, therefore, the suitable candidates will be called following the ranking.
