Purpose

The University Specialization Course in "Management of change and innovation" is part of the Innovation & Sustainability (I&S) Project, promoted byUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma in partnership with Marzotto Venture Accelerator.

Educational objectives

The vertical course will address the models, tools and constraints in the management of change and innovation. We will discuss Design Thinking/Human Centered Design Thinking; Service Design and Agile; System Design; Technological foresight. We will then move on to discussing Open Innovation, with particular reference to the Italian situation (Corporate/SME/PA), OI models, constraints and difficulties for the on-boarding of innovation. The importance of data and of the cycle for their management, for business strategies and for decision-making processes will be discussed, with particular reference to data management and processing and regulatory issues.

Finally, the course will address the issue of economic and financial governance of the company and the related tools.

The course is aimed at:

Anyone who holds or will hold positions of responsibility within the Public Administration or private companies with reference to change management and the development of innovation projects. 

Those who work on company management staff and are involved in change management processes or technological innovation projects.

Specialists working in the field of consultancy.

To participate in the course, the possession of a degree (at least three years) is required.

Participation in the course is incompatible with enrollment in other university study courses, namely: Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, Specialization course, Research Doctorate, active training internship (TFA) and other university Master's.

Teaching methodology

The Course will be delivered in Phygital mode which combines the online and offline worlds trying to take the best aspects of each to create a more complete and satisfying customer experience.

Title issued and certification

The learners who complete the course with the discussion of the final Project Work and who comply with the administrative obligations will be awarded the title of specialization in "Management of change and innovation" to which 11 credits are attributed.

Those who do not discuss the final Project Work will be issued a certificate of participation in the Course in "Management of change and innovation".

Duration, start date and location

The course will last 2 months. The start date is on September 9, 2022.

Registration fee

The participation fee for the course is €3.500,00.

The subsidized participation fee dedicated to PA employees is €2.450,00.
