Initiate synergistic collaboration on environmental protection and sustainable development to act effectively against the effects of climate change. This is the objective of the agreement signed today byUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma e Sogesid, society of ingengineering "in house providering" of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security (MASE) and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (MIT). The agreement aims to combine experience UCBM in scientific research for the development of projects linked to the integrated management of water resources, reclamation and environmental recovery, also through the carrying out of epidemiological investigations on sites characterized by environmental pressure factors, and the technical expertise of Sogesid.

International collaboration is also at the center of the agreement. From this perspective, starting from Word Water Forum 2027, the University and Sogesid will be able to present post-emergency initiatives connected with climate change as well as collaborating in the management and implementation of pilot projects in the hydro-energy sector. The partnership will also concern theorganization of conferences and in-depth seminars el 'activation of curricular and extracurricular internships for students enrolled in university, master's and research doctorate courses promoted by UCBM, identified on the basis of professional skills closely linked to the initiatives implemented during the collaboration.
