Procedure for the elections of representatives of fixed-term researchers pursuant to art. 24, paragraph 3, letter a) of law no. 240/2010 ofUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma (three-year period 1 December 2021 – 30 November 2024).
Voting online: from 9.00 to 17.00 on 24 and 25 November 2021.
Each voter will receive the credentials and link to access the voting platform via e-mail.
It is advisable to verify receipt of the message containing the credentials by checking the contents of the junk mailbox if necessary.
THEelectoral office it is located in the Teachers Office.
Presentation of applications
Fixed-term researchers pursuant to art. 24, paragraph 3, letter a) of Law no. 240/2010, who intend to apply for the role of representative, must send the application to the Teachers' Office by 12.00 on 15 November next using the form Attachment A.
How to vote
Voting is personal, unique and secret.
Each voter will be able to express a preference only in the context of the applications presented for each Departmental Faculty of reference.

We inform you that due to a mere material error, in article 3 of the Rector's Decree 484 of 14 October 2021, the name "Examining Commission" has been reported instead of the Electoral Commission.
The election procedure of 24-25.11.2021 will be carried out only for the representatives of the researchers of the Departmental Faculty of Science and Technology for Man and the Environment.
The terms will be reopened for the Departmental Faculties of Engineering and Medicine and Surgery.
The credentials of those entitled were provided via email for access to the platform.
